Fernand Lopez, King of French MMA
Fernand Lopez, known as the King of French MMA, established the biggest MMA gym in France, the MMA Factory Paris. Being a former mixed martial artist, he played a significant role in the growth of MMA in Africa and France. Today, he is the coach of some of the best fighters in the world such as Ciryl Gane and Francis Ngannou, the current UFC heavyweight champion of the world. He is also currently involved in Ares FC, an MMA promotion. Just recently, one of Ares’ fighters Nassourdine Imavov won his fight via second round TKO against Edmen Shahbazyan at UFC 268.
