Brazilian P-1A Client, Raush Manfio set to compete in PFL $1,000,000 Championships

Sherrod Sports Visas is proud to support Raush Manfio as he competes in the Championships of the Professional Fighter’s League (“PFL MMA”) October 27. 2021 at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL. The Professional Fighter’s League is a unique format mixed martial arts promotions that is broadcasted on ESPN networks. The league features a season in a selection of weight classes that leads to a seeded playoff. Our client, Raush Manfio was able to smash through both the regular season and the playoffs to reach the finals of the competition.

The finals of the PFL MMA season are a life changing opportunity for many fighters. The grand prize for winning the tournament is an astounding one million dollars! Most fighters never obtain this amount of revenue for a career, let alone a single year of competition. Not only does the fighter obtain the compensation, but they also obtain a world wide following from the attention brought to the PFL MMA television program on ESPN.

Going forward with PFL MMA Season 2022

Win or lose, we are very proud to have played an important role in Raush Manfio’s trajectory to the PFL MMA finals. Prior to his signing we were able to obtain a P-1A visa while he was still an unsigned free agent. After explanations with senior management at PFL MMA, we were able to obtain approval for PFL to sign him on his current P-1A visa, which means his immigration status will not be impacted from a change in promoters. Since his P-1 visa is not tied to a single promoter, Raush can weigh his options and not worry about his immigration status.
