P-1A visa granted to Australian Speedcar Champion Kaidon Brown

Just recently, Sherrod Seward, the managing member of Sherrod Sports Visas, helped in securing a P-1A visa in favor of Mr. Brown. Being a professional athlete, Mr. Brown is eligible for the P-1A visa. 

World Class Motor Sports Driver Kaidon Brown 

At a very young age, Kaidon Brown became the 2018 Australian Speedcar Champion and won the New South Wales title in 2019. As a world class motorsports athlete, he has garnered a great amount of regional and international recognition championships. He has garnered international acclaim both in Australia and the United States. 

Kaiden Brown was part of the Speedway Australia Rising Star program. gives the opportunity for young drivers to improve themselves in a range of areas including fitness training, psychology and marketing and media training, which will assist them in formulating a pathway to achieve their speedway dream. 

Mr. Brown joined several competitions. Just recently, he placed third in the Queensland Speedcar Championship 2021. Last year, he became the champion of the CTRA New Zealand Midget Championship at the Ellesmere Motor Racing Club.

Who qualifies for a P-1A visa? 

The P-1A classification applies to persons who are coming temporarily to the United States solely for the purpose of performing a specific athletic competition as: 

a. Individual athlete at an internationally recognized level of performance; b. Part of a group or team at an internationally recognized level of performance; c. A professional athlete; or 

d. An athlete or a coach, as part of a team or franchise that is located in the United States and a member of a foreign league or association. 

This visa will initially allow you to work in the United States for five years if you are an individual athlete. It can be extended to another five years upon your petition.
