The athletes that compete and do well at the world’s premier sports events are excellent candidates for sports based immigration options to come to the United States. Visa categories that are most appropriate for world class athletes include the following:
P-1 visas for internationally recognized athletes,
O-1 visas for both athletes and coaches with extraordinary ability
EB-1A visas for both athletes and coaches with extraordinary ability that wish to pursue a green card
