Sports Immigration Story - The long road to success for P-1A Client Dean Barry - Irish Mixed Martial Arts Fighter

Dean Barry is an excellent mixed martial artist from Ireland and a friend of Sherrod Sports Visas. We had the pleasure of working through a very difficult situation to obtain a P-1A visa and National Interest Exemption for Dean after he was released from his contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championships (“UFC”) due to an admission issue.

Whats Next for Dean Barry in his Mixed Martial Arts Career

Dean is scheduled to compete for Titan Fighting Championships in Florida on December 17, 2021. This is an important fight for Dean because he only has four professional mixed martial arts fights. Fighters with under four fights have difficulty obtaining professional bouts in the UFC due to the mix match in experience. A victory in his next bout would make Dean Barry a winner of five mixed martial arts bouts and his next fight will probably be in the Ultimate Fighting Championships. He was previously signed to compete with someone with a similar record but that fighter was released, which ultimately led to Dean Barry having to fight one more time for his spot.

Good Luck. Better Preparation. Dean Barry!
