How are the beneficiaries financially supported? If a beneficiary has a job, please list the name and address of employer, weekly income, and whether the employment is authorized by USCIS. If no, provide information on the applicant's employment source, amount, and basis for any income? Please include evidence of this employment or income source in the mycase portal.

The O-3, L2, E2 and P-4 Visa is available to the spouse and unmarried children under 18 of certain non-immigrant visa holders and their supporting personnel. The O-3, L2, E2 and P-4 Visa is usually limited to the same period of time as the corresponding non-immigrant application. The O-3, L2, E2 and P-4 holders are not permitted to accept payment but may attend school or college.
