EB-1A and O-1A Olympic Medal Special with Sherrod Sports Visas!
Sherrod Spots Visas is extremely proud to have represented many olympic medal winners at our sports immigration practice. We understand how much hard work goes into winning at the Olympics and we are excited to support these athletes by offering them a special package for EB-1A and O-1A visas.
What is the difference between the EB-1A and O-1A for athletes with extraordinary abilities?
The EB-1A visa is the immigrant visa for athletes with extraordinary abilities; meaning it comes with a “Green Card” and immediate family members can obtain Green Cards as well.
The O-1A visa is the non-immigrant visa for athletes with extraordinary abilities; meaning does not come with a Green Card but does include a wide scope of work authorization. The O-1A also supports O-2 essential support visas for coaches, staff, & even extended family members.
We often suggest that applicants pursue the O-1A if possible and then apply for the EB-1A ( https://www.sherrodsportsvisas.com/which-one-o1a-or-eb1a-visa)
How does the Olympic Medal Special Work?
For winners of Olympic Medals, our office offer’s half off the legal fees for the preparation of both the O-1 or EB-1A petition. In addition for O-1 visas, we offer half off the legal fees for the preparation of essential support and family members. For EB-1A visas, we also offer half off the legal fees for permanent residence filings for the athlete and immediate family members. In exchange for a tweet/instagram post/good review.
