WBC Champion Tyson Fury receives 212(f) Presidential Exemption

We are proud to welcome Heavyweight World Champion, Tyson Fury, back to the United States of America for training camp. Tyson Fury became the number one boxer in the World after defeating Deontay Wilder for the WBC Championship. On one week’s notice, our lawyers were able to obtain a 212(f) Presidential Sports Exemption for Mr. Fury’s entire family. The exemption is necessary for travel from countries in the Schengen region due to COVID-19 related travel restrictions to board an airplane to the United States.

While Tyson Fury’s next opponent is not known, his training camp is a sign he will be competing soon. On the horizon are a rematch with Deontay Wilder or a worthy WBC Contender. Should he prove victorious in his next bout, there is an agreement in principle for a Heavyweight Championship Unification battle with Anthony Josha.

We wish Tyson Fury and Top Rank Boxing a healthy and productive training camp.
