Applicant Feedback and Eligibility:

• If the feedback confirms eligibility, we will present pricing options and outline the next steps in the process.

Greenlighted Petition Process:

• If the client agrees to the pricing of the immigration law firm’s services. they will be presented with an invoice for legal fees and an engagement letter.

• At this stage, the Petitioner Partner can collect their fee from the client to serve as the petitioner and potentially manage the document collection process.

The focus is on delivering high-quality petitions and problem-solving rather than direct customer service with the talent. They prefer to work directly with the Petitioner Partner or designated handlers.
