World Class Martial Artist Armen Petrosyan and UFC Fighter Granted O-1 Visa

Armen Petrosyan, of Russian origin, is an internationally recognized athlete in the martial arts industry. The martial artist has competed on the world stage several times and gained international attention all over the world. He’s competed in international tournaments such as the IFMA World Muay Thai Championship and the Fight Night Lights Heavyweight Championship.

O-1A Visa For “Extraordinary Ability” and Mixed Martial Arts Athletes

Preparing to debut on the American stage, Mr. Petrosyan was successfully granted a O-1A visa. His extraordinary ability qualified him for the non-immigrant visa granted to professional athletes who excel in their fields. Although his stay in the United States is on a temporary basis, he will continue competing in championship level professional martial arts competitions.

Founded by our very own Sherrod Seward, Sherrod Sports Visas is happy to have helped Mr. Petrosyan with his petition. Armen's eligibility was easily established by evidence of a one-time achievement by SSV, winning the gold medal at the IFMA World Muay Thai Championship in 2015.
