Mr. Tyson Fury has made a name for himself as the top boxer in the world by winning the WBC World Championship. We are proud to say that we successfully petitioned for an O-1 visa for Mr. Fury.
With the O-1 Visa, Tyson Fury can do a lot more than compete! This type of Visa allows him to get additional flexibility in his activities, in particular, to do movies, podcasts, create clothing lines, and be engaged in other ventures suitable for a world champion.

The O-1 Petition for the World Class Boxer
In the O-1 petition, we established that Top Rank Inc. would like to extend the O-1A status upon Mr. Tyson Fury, whom they consider to be an exceptionally talented world class boxing professional. The petition highlighted the world-class excellence of Mr. Fury.
We put forth that American fighters that are highly ranked require other highly ranked fighters to compete against in order to improve their own world standings. Very few American fighters are ranked high and thus are not afforded the opportunity to move up in the world rankings unless they are granted the opportunity to compete against international talent.
