Ain’t That a Kick in the Head–Client’s Victory Secures Contract with UFC

Russian MMA fighter Armen Petrosyan entered the United States on an O-1 visa with help from Seward Sports Visas, but he didn’t need help earning a contract with the UFC on Dana White’s Contender Series in October, 2021. 

The internationally recognized champion took on the previously undefeated Kaloyan Kolev, and ended the match with a first round knockout via a left headkick that quickly secured his victory. 

UFC president Dana White was seen at the event, clearly impressed by Petrosyan’s performance. He spoke at the post-fight conference that evening, stating that he was eager to get Petrosyan back in the ring.

Petrosyan triumphed at his UFC debut in February of this year, defeating Gregory Rodriguez and securing a 7-1 win record. His next confirmed bout will be at UFC Fight Night on July 9th against Caio Borralho.
